We are located out in Sanand, in the Gaytri Estate. Our setup covers units 20 and 21. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but being in the Sanand village area makes sense for the kind of infrastructure work we do. The estate is full of different small businesses and warehouses. Our office is a practical space where we manage the logistics and the team. It’s not a polished corporate office. We have concrete floors and some sturdy metal desks. The air out here feels a bit different than in Ahmedabad, more open. We have two units, so we use one for the main office work and the other for storing some of the gear and documents. There’s always a lot of dust because of the industrial activities nearby, so we spend a fair bit of time cleaning up. We have a small group of people who have been with us since we started. We usually start the day early to beat the heat. There’s a small local shack nearby where we get our morning tea and talk about the schedule. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a list of things that need to get done by Friday. It’s a quiet, hardworking place where we just focus on the job at hand without any extra fluff. Usually, the phone starts ringing at 9 am and doesn't really stop.
