We are Het Construction Private Limited, and our office is located at F-302 in the Sadbhav Residency. We are tucked away behind the Raspan Party Plot in Nikol, which is a part of Ahmedabad that has grown a lot lately. Being in a residential building like Sadbhav Residency means it stays a bit quieter for us while we're doing our planning and admin work. Most of our actual construction happens all over the Ahmedabad area, but this is where we come back to at the end of the day. It’s not a huge corporate office, just a comfortable place for us to meet and talk about the current jobs. We’ve been in the 382350 area for quite some time. The Raspan Party Plot is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations or high-tech stuff. We just use what we need to get the buildings up and the work finished. Sometimes the rainy season slows us down, but that's just how it is in Gujarat. We've learned to work around the weather and the local traffic. It's a family-like atmosphere here among the staff. We know each other well and just focus on making sure the projects we start actually get finished. It’s honest work and keeps us busy enough throughout the year. We are just local people trying to build something lasting.
