Harcourt Apparels Llp is based at Plot No 54 in the City Industrial Estate in Udhna. If you know Surat, you know Udhna is where a lot of the real work happens. Our place is a standard industrial plot. It’s not built for looks; it’s built for making clothes. We’ve got the machines, the cutting tables, and the storage racks all in one place. It’s often noisy with the sound of the estate around us, and the roads can be quite bumpy with all the heavy trucks moving through. We spend our days managing production and making sure the quality is what it needs to be. We aren’t interested in being fancy or having a polished image. We just want to make sure the garments we produce are solid. The heat in the summer can be tough in an industrial building, but we’ve got fans going and everyone just keeps at it. It’s a straightforward operation. We have a small office area for the accounts and orders, but most of the action is on the floor. We’ve been here for a while and the location is good for getting goods in and out. There’s no marketing team here, just us and the workers. We take things as they come and try to fix any problems as soon as they pop up. It’s just how we run things every day. We don't overcomplicate the process. Every batch that goes out has been checked by us personally.
