You’ll find us at 43-A in The Krishna Society. We are right opposite Motera Gam. It’s a bit of a residential area, so it’s quieter than the main industrial zones. Hanumant Food Processing Private Limited is run from this spot. We like the fact that it’s near Motera Gam because it gives the place a bit of a traditional feel. Our unit is set up for processing various food items. It’s not a giant plant, just a well-organized space where we can keep an eye on everything. We started this a few years back. It’s a lot of work, especially when we have big orders to process, but we enjoy the routine. We don’t use any fancy talk or marketing slogans. We just process the food and make sure it’s ready for the next step in the chain. The society is a nice place to be based in; everyone knows each other. Sometimes the kids from the neighborhood peek in to see what we are doing. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks. We don’t have a big HR department or any of that corporate stuff. If there’s a problem, we just sit down and fix it ourselves. It’s a very practical, down-to-earth way of doing things. We are just local people working in the food sector, trying to do a decent job every day. It’s mostly just the basics of keeping things clean and moving fast.
