Gurukrupa Apperals Private Limited is located out in Kathwada. We are at Plot No B/36-2 in the Zaveri Estate. It’s right near the Gajanand Industrial Estate, so it’s a very busy, industrial part of Ahmedabad. You won't find any fancy gardens or glass buildings around here. It’s mostly warehouses and small factories. Our place is pretty much the same. It's a functional space where we handle apparel production. There’s usually the sound of sewing machines or machines running in the background. We have a lot of workers coming in and out in shifts. The dust from the road can be a bit much, but that’s just how it is in an industrial zone. We don’t spend money on decorating the office because we’d rather put that into the equipment. Daskroi is a good area for manufacturing, and being in this estate makes it easy for trucks to load and unload. We’ve had some long nights here when big orders are due. It’s not an easy business, but it’s what we know. We try to keep things organized, even though it looks a bit cluttered with rolls of fabric and boxes. It’s a real working environment, not a showroom. We just focus on getting the clothes made right and out the door to our customers without any delays. It is hard work but we keep at it every single day.
