We have been based here in Ahmedabad for quite a while now. Our spot is right over in Kirtikunj Society, which is 13/B on the first floor. It is pretty easy to find if you know the Shah-E-Alam Tolnaka area. Being near the toll plaza means there is always a lot of traffic and noise outside, but we have gotten used to it. We do food technology work, which basically means we spend our time thinking about how to process things better. It is not a fancy corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a practical room where we keep our files and meet with the guys who handle the production side. We started this because we lived in the neighborhood and wanted to do something local. My brother helps out with the logistics, and we have a couple of people who handle the heavy lifting. Some days the internet is slow or the power cuts out for an hour, and we just sit around and drink tea until it comes back. It is a very human way to run a business. We are not trying to be some massive global company. We just want to do our job well and make sure the food tech we provide is reliable. Most of our neighbors are other small businesses or families, so it feels very grounded. We just show up, do the work, and head home every day.
