GR Colours is a bit different because we are located out in Gundasara, near Gondal in the Rajkot district. We share the space with Vijesh Lilabhai Sidpara’s place. It’s more of a rural setting compared to the big city offices. This means things are a bit quieter, but the work is still just as demanding. We deal with colours and dyes, so things can get a bit messy sometimes. Our setup is pretty simple and we don't put on any airs about it. Most of the people working here are from the local area. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while now. It’s not the kind of place you’d find in a high-rise building. We have our own way of doing things that fits the local pace. Sometimes the electricity goes out or the roads get a bit rough after a big rain, but we just deal with it. We aren't looking to be the biggest company in Gujarat, just a reliable one for the people who need what we make. It’s honest work in a part of the country we know well. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements. We just focus on the batches we are working on. If you come by Gundasara, you’ll find us just doing our daily tasks without much fuss. It’s a straightforward life out here, and we like it that way.
