Fire Carats Private Limited is based out of Shop-903 in the White Orchide building. If you are looking for us, we are right near the Shell Petrol Pump in Adajan. It’s a pretty recognizable landmark in this part of Surat. Being on the 9th floor gives us a bit of a distance from the noise of the street, which is helpful. The wind up here can get quite strong during the rainy season. Our shop isn't a retail store with big glass displays; it’s more of a workspace where we handle our diamond business. We have a few desks, some safes, and the usual equipment for weighing and checking carats. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a reception desk or a fancy waiting area. Usually, it’s just us working through the inventory or taking calls. The building is fairly new, but it’s already filled up with all sorts of offices. We’ve got a routine that starts early and ends when the work is finished. Adajan is a busy area, so there are plenty of places to grab a quick snack nearby. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big corporate image. We just want to do our jobs and go home to our families at the end of the day. It’s a practical, honest way to make a living. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they saw our sign.
