EPC BUILDCON LLP is based over in Thaltej, a part of Ahmedabad that has really grown lately. Our office is in Muktidham Apartment, specifically unit F-7. It’s right across from the Jain Derasar, which is a big landmark in this neighborhood. We like this location because it’s easy for our team to get around to different sites. We do construction work, mostly handling the engineering and procurement side of things. It’s a lot of coordination between different trades and making sure the right stuff gets to the right place at the right time. Our office isn't anything special to look at; it’s just where we keep our files and meet up to plan the week. We are regular people who know a lot about building. We don't use marketing slogans because our work usually speaks for itself. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at site visits, checking if the foundations are right or if the slabs are being poured correctly. Ahmedabad is a big city, but the building community here is actually quite small. We know most of the suppliers and other contractors around Thaltej. We just try to do a decent job every day and keep our projects on track. It’s not always easy, but we’ve been doing this long enough to know how to handle the ups and downs of the construction industry. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded with samples.
