You can find Endlos Innovations Private Limited over in Rakhial. We have a shop, number A-23, inside the Suvan Business Park. This place is actually part of the old Soma Textile Mill Compound. It’s an interesting area with a lot of history, though now it’s mostly just different businesses like ours trying to make a living. We focus on innovation, which sounds a bit fancy, but in reality, it just means we spend a lot of time trying to solve technical problems or coming up with new ways to do things. The shop is our main base. It’s where we keep all our gear and where the team hangs out. It’s not a huge space, but it works for us. We aren't into the whole corporate culture thing. We prefer to keep things casual. Most days involve a lot of coffee and staring at screens or parts. Rakhial is a busy industrial and commercial part of the city, so there’s always something happening outside. Sometimes we lose track of time when we're deep into a project. We’ve had our share of failures and late nights where nothing seemed to go right. But that’s how you learn. We’re just a group of people who enjoy the process of building and fixing things. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we just rely on the work we do. It’s a simple setup at Suvan Business Park, and we’re fine with that.
