Earthly Element Projects Llp is based out of our office at Sahaj Residency. You can find us right across from Pandav Vadinr near Nikol Talav. It’s a decent area in Nikol, and we’ve been here long enough to see how the neighborhood is changing. We mostly focus on project work that keeps us running around the local area. Our unit is F/403, so it’s up on the fourth floor. It’s a pretty quiet space most of the time, unless we have a big deadline coming up. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. We are just a small team trying to get things done right. The lake nearby is a good landmark for people who haven't visited before. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and talking to contractors. Sometimes things go smoothly, other times there are delays with weather or supplies, which is just how this business goes. We try to stay organized but it gets messy when we have multiple projects going at once. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy presentations. We just talk to people plainly and show them what we are working on. Nikol is a growing place, and there’s always something new being built. We’re glad to be a small part of that growth from our little office here.
