Dolat Infra-Con Enterprises Private Limited is run out of 65 Kailash Nagar Society, on Padana Road in Dhandhuka. It’s a local operation, and we’ve been part of the community here for some time. We handle infrastructure and construction work, which in a place like Dhandhuka, means a lot of different things. Some days we are looking at smaller local projects, and other times it's something a bit bigger that takes up all our attention. We don't have a fancy corporate office in a skyscraper. We work out of a house in the society, which keeps us grounded and close to the people we serve. The work is often dusty and tiring, but we don't mind that. It’s part of the trade. We deal with the usual headaches like getting the right permits and making sure the labor shows up on Monday morning. It’s not always easy, but we’ve learned how to manage. We aren't interested in using a lot of marketing talk to get business. Usually, people know us from the work we’ve already done nearby. We focus on being practical. If a project needs to be done, we figure out the best way to do it with what we have. It’s about being honest about what can be done and how long it will take. We just keep working hard and try to stay busy with the next task.
