Divya Disha Real Estate Llp is located out at Plot No 164/B in the Devraj Ind Park. To get to us, you have to take the Piplaj Pirana Road, which is always busy with big trucks and industrial traffic. Our office is right in the middle of all that activity. Being in an industrial park means things are a bit dusty and noisy, but it suits the kind of work we do. We deal with real estate matters, focusing on the plots and properties around this part of the city. The office is just a practical space with some sturdy furniture and a lot of folders. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and talking to people about industrial land. It is not the kind of place where you would expect a polished corporate headquarters, and we like it that way. Most days involve a lot of driving back and forth to different plots. The sun can be quite harsh out here on Piplaj Pirana Road, so we usually keep the blinds pulled during the afternoon. We have a small team and we all know each other well. It is a basic operation, focused on the realities of the local property market. We keep our records in order and try to stay on top of all the various regulations. It’s just how we do things. We usually have a bit of a laugh about the dust that manages to get inside anyway.
