Dit Education Foundation

At Dit Education Foundation, we operate out of the Vrundavan Complex in Memnagar. Our office is 802/B on the eighth floor. It’s a busy part of Ahmedabad, so there’s always something going on outside. The lift in the building is a bit old and slow, so we spend a lot of time waiting for it or just taking the stairs if we aren't carrying too many books. Our space is filled with learning materials and stacks of paperwork. We aren't a big school or a corporate office. It’s just a handful of us trying to help students with their education. We have some old wooden desks and a few chairs that have been around since we started. It’s not a fancy place, but it’s quiet enough for us to get our work done. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to answer the phones with a script. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, because most of them are. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty because of the wind on the higher floor, but we don't mind a little cleaning. We spend a lot of our time planning how to help more kids in the area. It’s simple work, and we like it that way. In the evenings, the view of Ahmedabad from the window is actually pretty nice. It helps us relax after a long day of dealing with spreadsheets and school records.
