Our office is in Khadayata Colony, at a place we call Disha House. We’re situated right near Mithakhali Six Roads, across from the Lal Bunglow. It’s a well-known part of the city, so most people don’t have trouble finding us once they get to the crossroads. The area is usually packed with cars and bikes, especially during the morning rush. We’ve been in this building for quite some time. It’s an old-fashioned sort of place, not one of those new glass towers you see everywhere now. Inside, it’s mostly just us working through stacks of files and talking on the phone. We don’t have any fancy signs or big displays out front. We just have our name on the door and a bell that sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. It feels more like a house than a strict corporate office, which is how we like it. The staff here is small, and we all know each other’s families and stories. We don't spend money on big ads or trying to look more important than we are. We just take care of the business that comes our way. If the internet goes down, we sit and chat until it comes back. It’s a practical way to work. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just keeping the lights on and doing our jobs.
