Dhv Developers Llp is tucked away in 9, Rudraksh Bunglows, which is right behind the Rajpath Club. We’re near the Kishan Bunglows area in Bodakdev. It’s a bit different from being in a high-rise office building because it feels a lot more like a home. We like it that way. It’s quieter, and you don’t have to deal with crowded elevators every time you want to step out for a minute. Bodakdev is a nice part of Ahmedabad, and being near the club means it’s a landmark everyone knows. Our setup is pretty simple. We use the rooms for different parts of the business, and there’s usually a pot of tea going in the kitchen. We don't really do the whole corporate hierarchy thing. Everyone just chips in where they’re needed. Some days we’re out on-site all day, and other days we’re stuck inside doing the administrative stuff that keeps things running. It’s a lot of work, but being in a bungalow makes the long hours a bit more comfortable. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while now. Most of our neighbors are either families or other small businesses like ours. It’s a friendly atmosphere. We just focus on our development work and try to keep things moving forward without too much fuss. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we enjoy being in this part of the city. We just take it one project at a time.
