DHOLERA (KHUN 1) RESORTS PRIVATE LIMITED is the name of our business. We operate from office B01 on the 3rd Floor of the Panchdhara Complex. Our building is on the SG Highway, right near the Grand Bhagwati hotel in Bodakdev. It's a busy area but it's where all the action is. We've been in this office for a good bit now. It’s not a huge place, but it's enough for us to handle all the things for the Khun 1 project. We are mostly busy with the day-to-day tasks of running a resort company. There is always some paperwork to file or a person to call back. We don't go in for all that corporate talk or trying to look more important than we are. We are just local folks working in the property and hospitality field. We like the Bodakdev neighborhood because there are plenty of places to eat nearby and it's easy for our visitors to find us. The SG Highway is always packed with traffic, which can be annoying, but it also means we are right in the heart of things. We aren't fancy and we don't have a big marketing department. It's just us doing our jobs in a simple way. We use regular English and we don't like to overcomplicate things. That's basically the deal with us. We are just a small team in a 3rd-floor office trying to make progress on our projects every single day.
