We are DHOLERA (KADIPUR 1) RESORTS PRIVATE LIMITED. Our office is situated in the Panchdhara Complex, right there on the 3rd floor, room B01. It is located on the SG Highway, which is a very busy part of the city. We are quite close to the Grand Bhagwati in the Bodakdev area. It is a good place to have an office because everyone knows the landmarks around here. We aren't a big fancy company with hundreds of employees. We are just a few people working on the Kadipur 1 resort project. We spend our days dealing with land documents, talking to people, and trying to get things organized. Our office doesn't have any of those modern glass walls or expensive coffee machines. It’s just a regular workspace with some chairs and tables. We prefer it that way because it feels more real. We have lived around here for a long time and we like being part of the growth of the region. SG Highway is always changing but our little spot in the Panchdhara Complex stays pretty much the same. We focus on our work and try not to get distracted by the noise outside. Sometimes we stay late to finish up paperwork, but that's just how it goes when you're running a business. We don't try to sound like marketing experts because we aren't. We are just people working in real estate and resorts, trying to do our best with what we have.
