DHOLERA (DHOLERA 1) RESORTS PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of the Panchdhara Complex. We are in office B01 on the 3rd floor. Our address is right on the SG Highway, near the Grand Bhagwati. This is a very well-known part of the city, so it’s easy for people to find where we are located. We’ve been operating from this area for some time now. It’s a good spot to be in because there’s so much going on around here. We aren’t some massive international firm with fancy lobbies. We just have a plain office where we do our work every day. Most of our time is spent managing the Dholera 1 project. It involves a lot of planning and looking at maps and talking to contractors. We like to keep things down to earth. There is no point in acting like we are something we aren’t. We are just a local resort company working on making things better in the Dholera region. The traffic on SG Highway can be a bit much sometimes, especially in the evenings, but we don't mind it. It feels like we are in the middle of everything. We have a few desks, some computers, and a lot of files. That’s about it for our office setup. We focus on just doing the work and not worrying too much about looking polished. If you need us, you know where the Panchdhara Complex is. We spend a lot of our time right here at these desks.
