We are Dholera (Ambali 1) Resorts Private Limited. Our main spot is in the Panchdhara Complex, specifically B01 on the 3rd floor. If you know the SG Highway area near Grand Bhagwati, then you know exactly where we are. Bodakdev is a busy part of town and we’ve been here for a bit. It’s a decent office building. We don’t really go for the high-end corporate vibe you see in some of the newer buildings around here. It’s just a place where we get our work done. SG Highway is always moving and there’s always something happening right outside our window. We focus on our projects in Dholera but our base is here in this part of town. It’s a convenient location because everyone knows where the Grand Bhagwati is. We have a small team and we spend a lot of time talking about land and resorts. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or polished speeches. We just show up every morning and handle the paperwork and the phone calls. Sometimes the elevator in the complex takes a while, but that’s just part of life here. We like being in Bodakdev because everything is close by. It’s a practical place for a company like ours. We mostly just keep to ourselves and focus on the Ambali 1 project. It takes a lot of coordination to keep things moving. That's pretty much the story of who we are and where we work.
