Dharmnandan Land Developers & is located in Prahalad Nagar, right in the heart of Ahmedabad. Our office is C-506 in the Siddhi Vinayak Towers. We are right beside Katariya House, which is a very well-known spot in this part of town. Working in Gujarat, specifically here in Ahmedabad, means we are used to the busy streets and the hot weather. The 380051 area has grown a lot lately. Our office is a straightforward place with desks, computers, and a lot of folders about land and development. We spend most of our time on the fifth floor of the C tower. The elevator can be a bit slow sometimes, especially during lunch, but that’s just part of life in a big building. We don’t have a marketing person to write fancy things for us. We just handle the business of land development as it comes in. Most days, the phone is busy and people are stopping by to talk about different plots or projects. It’s a very practical way to make a living. We’ve been in Prahalad Nagar long enough to see the buildings around Katariya House go up one by one. It’s a decent place for us to be based, and we just try to keep our work honest and simple every day. We don't have a big mission statement, just a commitment to getting our daily tasks done and making sure we are ready for whatever comes through the door next.
