Dharmadev Buildcon Private Limited is located at Survey 419, in a building we call Dharmdev House. You can find us near the Jain Temple at Shyamal Cross Road in the Satellite area of Ahmedabad. This is one of the busiest parts of the city, so there is never a dull moment around here. The traffic at Shyamal is legendary, and we often hear the honking from our desks. We have been working in the construction business for a long time, and this office is where all the planning happens. It’s a large space because we have a lot of people coming in to talk about new homes or commercial spaces. We try to keep things simple, even though the projects we handle can get quite complicated. There is usually a pot of tea going, and someone is always looking for a lost pen or a specific file. We don’t have a formal mission statement or anything like that; we just want to build houses that people actually want to live in. Being near the Jain Temple means it’s a good landmark for anyone trying to find us for the first time. We spend our weeks balancing the books, meeting with architects, and visiting sites across Ahmedabad. It’s a lot of work, but we’ve lived in this city our whole lives, so we wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
