We are located in New Wadaj, specifically in Narsinhnagar Society. Our office is number 12, near Panchal Nagar. It’s a residential area, so we are right in the middle of the community we serve. We’ve been here in Ahmedabad for several years now. The office is basically just a few rooms where we keep our files and meet with people who are interested in our development projects. It feels more like a home than a business sometimes, which we like. There’s a small garden outside where we sit when the weather is nice. We mostly work on local housing and small commercial buildings. We know almost everyone on the street by name. Sometimes the neighbor's kids are playing cricket outside while we’re trying to go over a contract, but that’s just life in a society. We don’t have a big sign or a fancy lobby. People find us because they know someone we’ve worked with before. We spend a lot of time at construction sites, checking on the masonry and the plumbing. It’s a lot of coordination between different laborers and suppliers. We try to keep things simple and honest. If there’s a delay, we tell people. If something costs more, we explain why. We’ve found that being straightforward is the best way to run a business in this part of town. It’s a busy life, but we wouldn’t have it any other way because this is what we know.
