Devraj Developers LLP is based out of Silver Plaza, which is unit number 17. We are in the Ramdev Nagar area of Ahmedabad, which is a pretty active neighborhood. If you are coming down the road, we are opposite Heaven Park and near the Nest Bunglow. It’s a good location because it is easy for people to find once they get into the 380015 zip code area. The office itself is not very large, but we have made it work for our team. It is a bit of an older building, Silver Plaza, so it has some character, even if the stairs are a bit narrow sometimes. We spend our time here going over project details and meeting with people. It gets a bit loud with the traffic from the main road, but we don't mind it much. There is a lot of local energy around here. We usually grab lunch from one of the small places nearby. Our space is filled with desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of paper. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor; we just want a place where we can sit down and focus. It can be a bit crowded when everyone is in at the same time, but we are like a small family. It is a honest workspace for honest work. We have been here for a while and know the local shopkeepers and guards. We just try to get things done right without making any big fuss.
