Devijay Builders Private Limited

Our office is House No-15 in Samruddhi Chsl, which is right near Manekbaug Society. It’s in the Satellite area of Ahmedabad, which is usually buzzing with people and cars. We are tucked away behind Yogashram Society. Devijay Builders is a small family-style business. We don't have a glass front or a receptionist. Usually, you just walk in and find one of us working on a laptop or talking on the phone with a contractor. We build houses and small commercial spots. It’s a tough business with a lot of regulations, but we’ve managed to stay afloat. Satellite is a good place to be because everything is close by. We’ve seen this neighborhood change a lot over the years. Our office feels more like a home because it basically is one. We keep our old records in the back and the current stuff on the main table. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic when three different people show up at once. We don’t have a fancy website or a sales team. We just talk to people and figure out what they need built. It’s practical work. We deal with cement, bricks, and labor issues every day. Some days the rain stops everything, and other days it’s too hot to work past noon. We just take it as it comes. It’s not a perfect system, but it’s our system. We’ve been here a long time and plan to stay as long as there is work.
