Our office is tucked away in Maninagar at Deepal Aparts, right near the Ganesh Gali Char Rasta. If you know Ahmedabad, you know how busy that intersection gets. It’s a lively spot to work from. We’ve been running DEVDEEP BUILDCON from this location, and it’s usually quite a scramble every morning. Between the noise from the street and the constant coming and going of people, there’s never a quiet moment. We handle a lot of the local building work around this side of town. It’s not about being some huge corporate entity; we’re just local people who understand how construction works in these tight city spaces. We spend a lot of time dealing with the city municipal rules and making sure our materials don’t block the narrow lanes when they get delivered. Sometimes the neighbors complain about the noise, so we have to manage that too. It’s a lot of balancing different things at once. We keep our paperwork in folders that have seen better days, and there’s always a half-empty cup of tea somewhere on the desk. We don’t have a flashy website or a sales team. Most of our work comes from people just seeing us around or hearing from a friend. We just keep building, brick by brick, and try to stay out of trouble. It’s a simple business, really, just building things for people who need them in our neighborhood.
