You can find us at the Ambika Industrial Estate in Saroli, specifically in unit 36 on the first floor. If you know Surat, you know Saroli is the place for textiles. The estate is always buzzing with trucks and people moving rolls of cloth. It’s a gritty place to work, but it feels right for what we do. We are an LLP called Desimunde Style, though we don't spend much time worrying about the title. Most of our day is spent inside the unit, checking over style designs or packing things up for delivery. It gets hot under the industrial roof, but we’re used to it by now. We don’t have a fancy lobby or any marketing people to talk us up. We just have our space, our materials, and our small crew. We started here because we wanted to be in the middle of the action. It’s practical. Everything we need is just a few streets away. Sometimes the stairs to the first floor feel a bit long after a hard day, but we keep at it. We aren't doing anything revolutionary; we’re just making clothes and trying to keep our heads above water. It’s a local business through and through. We just wake up, come to Saroli, and see what the day brings us. That’s how we like to run things.
