We are based in room C 213 at Sumel Business Park 7. It’s located near Soni Ni Chali in the Rakhial area, right off NH 8. Cypress Real Estate Holdings Llp has been working out of this business park for some time now. Being near the highway means there is always a lot of movement around us. Sumel is a big place, so it took us a little while to get used to the layout ourselves. Our office is a straightforward setup with just the things we need to handle real estate holdings. We don’t have fancy rugs or expensive art on the walls. It’s mostly just files, some computers, and a couple of chairs for visitors. The neighborhood of Rakhial is quite industrial and busy, which suits the way we work. We aren't into the whole corporate polish thing. We just show up, do the work, and go home. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, but we don't mind the walk. It’s a honest day’s work for us. Most people know Soni Ni Chali, so finding the park isn't usually a problem. We’ve made this little corner of C 213 our own. We just focus on our holdings and making sure everything is in order. It’s a plain, simple operation where we value just getting things done without any extra fuss or unnecessary talk. We’re just local people working in a local business park.
