Creat Buildcon Private Limited is located over at Shiv Ganesh Bunglows Part-2, which is tucked behind the Ganesh Corporate House in Thaltej. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but it’s a decent spot for an office. We share the area with a lot of other small businesses and some houses. It's not one of those glass-and-steel skyscrapers; it’s more of a grounded, local setup. We spend most of our time here managing the building projects we have scattered around. There’s always someone coming in or out with a set of blueprints or a delivery notice. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, though it can get hectic when a deadline is coming up. We don't really do the whole corporate suit-and-tie thing. Most of us just wear what’s comfortable for being on-site or in the office. Thaltej has changed so much over the last few years, and being behind the corporate house means we see all the new developments happening firsthand. We usually grab lunch at one of the small stalls nearby. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation here. We handle the paperwork, talk to the contractors, and try to stay on top of the schedule. It’s simple work but it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We’ve been at this for a bit and we just like doing our work without too much fuss or extra noise from the outside world.
