We’re over in Maninagar, based out of unit 06 in the Vrajbhumi Co-op Housing Society. It’s easy to find because we’re right across from Jaihind School and not far from Jawahar Chowk. We’ve been handling property stuff in this area for a while now. It’s not some big corporate operation with hundreds of people. It’s just a few of us who know the neighborhood. We spend our days talking to people who want to buy or sell homes and shops around here. Sometimes the traffic gets a bit much when school lets out, but we’re used to it. We aren't interested in using fancy words or making big promises we can't keep. We just know which buildings are good and which ones might have issues. People usually just wander in because they saw our sign or heard about us from a neighbor. We keep plenty of files and maps on the desks, and there's usually a pot of tea going. It’s a simple way to work. We’ve seen Maninagar change a lot, with new apartments replacing the older bungalows. We just try to stay on top of those changes so we can give honest answers when someone asks. It’s just a local business doing local work. We don't have a big marketing plan. We just show up every morning and see who needs help with their property. That’s pretty much the whole story of Craft Properties.
