We are located at 18 Pancham Nagar, right near the big BSNL tower. If you know the area, it is pretty easy to spot us. We have been operating out of this space for a while now. Most days it is just us getting through the paperwork and answering calls. The office isn't anything fancy, just a few desks and some old chairs, but it works for what we do. Sometimes the street gets a bit noisy with the traffic going past the tower, but we don't mind much. People stop by occasionally to ask questions or drop off files. We try to keep things organized, though some days the folders pile up on the corner desk. It is a local operation, nothing too big or complicated. We just show up every morning, unlock the door, and get to work. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually grab a quick break when things get busy. It is a straightforward setup here at Complacency Services. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation; we just focus on the tasks at hand. There is a specific way we handle things that seems to work for the folks around here. You might see us walking around Pancham Nagar during lunch. It is a decent neighborhood to work in. We have grown used to the hum of the BSNL tower next door. It is just how things go here day in and day out. Nothing more, nothing less.
