City Gold Developers (Guj.) LLP is located in the Shahibag area of Ahmedabad. We are set up in the Shreeji Association building, which is right opposite Sahajanand Tower and near the Rajasthan Sewa Samaj. Shahibag is a really busy part of town, so there is always noise from the traffic and the markets nearby. Our office is a bit of an older space, but it serves us well. We have rooms filled with old records and new plans for the development work we handle. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find modern art on the walls or a coffee machine that does everything. We just have a simple stove for making tea and enough chairs for the team to sit during our afternoon catch-ups. The location is good because we are close to everything, though the narrow lanes can be a bit much during peak hours. We spend our days coordinating with various contractors and making sure the sites are moving along. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of paperwork, but that’s how this business goes. We’ve been in this spot for a while and the people in the neighboring offices have become like family.
