Charing Cross Properties Llp is based in the Ambawadi area of Ahmedabad. You can find us at FF-2 A in Arora Vihar, which is right on Bhudar Pura Road. We are quite close to Kalyaan Jewellers, which is a big landmark that everyone knows. Ambawadi Bazar is always full of people, so there is a lot of energy around our office. We are up on the first floor in Arora Vihar. The office is usually a bit crowded because we have a lot of property files and maps lying around. We spend our time dealing with various real estate tasks for people in the local area. It is a busy neighborhood, and we are right in the thick of it. Sometimes the noise from the bazar comes right through the windows, but we have gotten used to it over time. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that; we just handle things ourselves.
