It’s a bit of a drive out here, but it’s where all the industrial work happens. Our unit is just one of many in the estate. We handle pharmaceutical work from this location. The space is mostly filled with our equipment and the desks where we keep the logs. It’s a very functional environment. We aren't worried about how the place looks to outsiders because we don't get many visitors anyway. We are more focused on the day-to-day tasks of managing our stock and filling out the necessary forms. The estate can be quite loud with all the other businesses nearby, but we’ve got our own rhythm. We usually start the day with a quick talk about what needs to be moved and what’s arriving. Kadi is a decent place to be based since it’s so central to the manufacturing hubs in Gujarat. Sometimes the rain makes the roads around the estate a bit muddy, but we manage. We’re just a small group of people working hard to keep things running smoothly.
