Brain-Heart Foundation

You can find us at H-101 in Red Avenue, part of Mepal County-2 in Thaltej. It’s a bit of a drive out into Daskroi, but it’s a good spot for what we do. The name Brain-Heart Foundation came from the idea that you need both to get anything meaningful done. We don’t have a big corporate office with glass walls. We work out of a standard residential unit. It makes the people who visit us feel more at home, we think. We’re mostly focused on local issues, things that affect families in the Thaltej area. Some people come to us because they’re stressed, others because they have practical problems they can't solve alone. We try to use a bit of logic and a bit of kindness to help them out. It’s not always easy, and sometimes we run out of space when too many people show up at once. But we make do. The neighbors are nice, and the atmosphere in Mepal County is quiet enough for the kind of conversations we have to have. We aren't looking to be the biggest foundation in the country. We just want to do right by the people who live nearby. It’s a lot of sitting down and really listening to what someone is saying, which is something a lot of places don't do anymore. We stay busy with the local crowd and try our best every single day.
