Our setup is located at Plot No 24 in Village Meghpar Borichi, which is part of the Anjar area in Kachchh. It’s a bit of a distance from the main city centers, but this is where the actual growth is happening right now. We are registered in Gandhinagar, but most of our daily grind happens right here on the ground in Anjar. Being developers means we deal with a lot of land and a lot of different people every single day. It’s rarely a quiet day at our office. We spend most of our time looking at sites and making sure the construction is moving along like it should be. Sometimes the dust in Kachchh gets everywhere, and the sun is pretty brutal in the afternoon, but we are used to it by now. We aren't some massive firm with shiny glass buildings and expensive furniture. Our place is practical and gets the job done. We talk to the local guys, we buy our materials, and we try to build things that people actually want to live in. It’s about being present and making sure things are done right from the start. There are always challenges, like delays with supplies or the weather not cooperating, but that is part of the job. We don’t use any big words to describe what we do here. We just build houses and developments for the families around this area. It’s how we make a living and we take it one day at a time.
