B. Tanti Buildcon is based out of Cosmos Nest Bunglows, which is number 5 in the complex. We are tucked away behind the Heliconia Flats, near the Thaltej-Shilaj railway crossing. It’s a quiet enough area most of the time, except when the trains go by. Being in Shilaj puts us in a good position to reach different parts of Ahmedabad easily. We’ve been working in the building trade for years. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our plans and meet with contractors. We spend a lot of time out in the field, so the office can be empty sometimes. We aren't into big advertisements or making grand promises. We just like to get our hands dirty and see a project through to the end. The construction business has its ups and downs, but we’ve learned to take it as it comes. Sometimes we’re juggling three things at once, and other times it’s a bit slower. We try to stay grounded and focus on the practical side of things. Most of the people we work with are locals who just want a straightforward job done. We don't use fancy jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We’re just builders who know the local area and how to get things done. We've been operating this way since we started, and it seems to work for us.
