Awgro Realty Private Limited

Awgro Realty Private Limited is based out of the I Square building on Science City Road in the Sola area. We are way up on the 7th floor, room 722. From up here, you can see a lot of what’s happening around the Shukan Mall cross road. Sola has become such a busy part of the city lately, and it seems like there is a new shop or apartment building opening every week. We spend our hours looking over real estate details and meeting with people who are interested in the area. It gets pretty noisy outside with the traffic on Science City Road, but inside the office, we just focus on the tasks at hand. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees, just a straightforward group of people working in the realty sector. Sometimes we are out at sites and other times we are just stuck behind the desk catching up on emails and checking site maps. It’s a lot of practical work, checking documents and making sure everything is in order. We don't use any big words to describe what we do because it’s just property work. We have been at this location for some time and the neighbors in the building are mostly other small businesses like ours. If you are ever near Shukan Mall, you’ve basically seen where we spend our whole day. It’s just a normal office life for us, doing what needs to be done without any extra fuss or noise.
