We are located in the Earth Arise building on S.G. Road in Ahmedabad. Our office is number 1132, which is inside the Regus Business Centre on the 11th floor. It’s a high-rise building right near the YMCA Club. Because we are in a business center, things are a bit more structured than a standalone shop, but we try to keep our own space feeling comfortable. Most of our days are spent at our desks, taking calls and looking over property listings. Being on the 11th floor means we spend a lot of time waiting for elevators, but the location is very convenient for getting around the city. S.G. Road is one of those places that never really sleeps, so there’s always a lot of energy. We have people coming in from all over Ahmedabad to talk about commercial spaces. We keep our interactions pretty simple. We don't use much jargon or try to impress anyone with big speeches. We just show you what’s available and talk through the details. The office is a mix of computers and old-fashioned paper files. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes when we have visitors, but we make it work. We’ve been in this spot for a bit and it serves us well for meeting people and staying connected to the local market.
