Our place is over at Avalon Crest Bunglows, right in the Bodakdev area. If you’re familiar with Rajpath Rangoli Road, we are basically opposite Shashwat Bunglows. It's a quiet enough spot for an office, tucked away from the main main roads where the traffic is heavy. We focus on lifespaces, which basically means we help people find places to stay or invest in. Ahmedabad is growing so fast, especially around here. We’ve seen Bodakdev change from just a few houses to what it is now. There’s always a lot to keep track of with local property laws and what’s being built next. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out looking at sites. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. The office is at number 1, so we’re easy to find once you get into the lane. We’re a small group, just trying to keep things moving. We don't do the big corporate talk or use those glossy brochures. We just tell people what’s available and what the prices look like these days. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than it should, but that’s just how it goes in this business. People come to us because we’re right here in the neighborhood. We know the streets around Rajpath pretty well. It’s a decent living and we enjoy being part of the community here. Most days we are just shuffling papers and talking to builders.
