Ashish Safal Buildcon Private Limited

Our office, Ashish Safal Buildcon Private Limited, is located at 9, Jay Mahakali Society. We are right opposite Mukesh Park and just behind the Gokul Flats in the Jivraj Park area. It’s a very residential part of the neighborhood, so it’s usually quiet except for the local kids playing or people walking their dogs. We like it this way because it lets us focus on our work without the roar of the main road. The office is basically just a converted space that fits our team. We have been here for some time now and most of the neighbors know us. We are just a group of people who know how to put buildings together. There isn't any fancy corporate hierarchy here. If something needs to be done, whoever is available just does it. Jivraj Park is a nice area with a lot of greenery nearby, which makes the morning commute a bit more pleasant. We spend a lot of time on our laptops and talking to engineers. Sometimes we go out to Mukesh Park just to get some fresh air during our break. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just show up every morning, check our lists, and get to work on whatever project is currently on the table. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and it seems to work for us. We are just local folks doing building work in a city we love.
