We set up Aryanparv Realty Llp in the Elanza Crest building, specifically in unit B 203. It is on Sindhu Bhavan Road in the Bodakdev area of Ahmedabad. This part of town has become quite a hub lately with many corporate offices like Sigma nearby. Even though the area feels a bit more modern and busy, our office is still just a regular workplace. We don't have any big corporate slogans or fancy decorations. It is just a few of us handling property files and talking to people who want to move to this side of the city. We spend a lot of time checking out the new buildings going up on Sindhu Bhavan Road. It feels like there is construction on every corner these days. Our office is a place where we sit down and go through all the legal details. We try to make sure everything is in order before we show a property to anyone. Sometimes the parking at Elanza Crest can be a bit of a struggle during the middle of the day, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there. We just want to do our job and help people find a decent place to live or work. It’s mostly about knowing the local regulations and keeping our paperwork organized in the cabinets. We like being in Bodakdev because everything is close by. It's a busy life, but we prefer it that way instead of being stuck somewhere quiet.
