Our office is over at C/503 in Shukan Apartment. It’s right across from the Vandematram Bunglows and the Shukan Residency. Being on New C.G. Road in Gota means there is always something going on outside. Artham Realty Llp has been here for a bit, and we’ve seen the neighborhood grow around us. We aren't fancy people. We just sit in the office and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, so we take the stairs. It’s a typical office setup with papers everywhere and a lot of coffee being drank. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who come by the apartment complex. Gota is a lively place to be. We chose this spot because it's right in the middle of things. You won't find any corporate speeches here. We just talk like regular people because that’s who we are. Some days we stay late to finish up things, other days we leave a bit early if it's quiet. It's a simple way of running things. We know the streets around here pretty well by now. If you're near the Shukan Residency, you're basically at our doorstep. We just keep our heads down and try to do a decent job with the property work. There is no magic to it, just keeping organized and answering the questions that come up.
