Our office for Arihant Reality And Buildcon Private is located right across from the Shahibag Police Chowky. It is a pretty well-known spot in Shahibag, so people do not usually have much trouble finding us when they need to visit. We are in the Subha Prayag C H Society, specifically at S/3. It is a decent area, though it can get a bit loud with the traffic and the sirens near the police station sometimes. We have been set up here for a while now, handling all our reality and construction business from this one spot. The office itself is pretty simple. We have the usual things like maps on the wall and piles of documents that we need to get through every week. It is not one of those glass-and-steel offices you see in the fancy parts of the city, just a regular place where we get our work done. Sometimes the tea man comes by and that is a good break in the afternoon. We focus on the building side of things mostly. We do not have a big marketing team, so most of what we do comes from people just knowing we are here in Shahibag. If you come by, you will probably see us looking over some blueprints or talking on the phone with a contractor. It gets busy, but we like the pace of it. Being in a residential society like Subha Prayag means we have to be mindful of our neighbors, so we try to keep things professional and quiet during the day for everyone.
