You can find us at Ardent Avenues Limited over in the New York Tower-B. We are right by the Thaltej Cross Roads, which most people in Ahmedabad know is a pretty central spot on the S.G. Highway. Our office is at number 22. It is a lively area, and there is always something going on outside. We have been operating from this building for a while now. It is not a huge setup, just enough space for our team to sit down and figure out the logistics of our projects. We do not really do the whole corporate polish thing. We are more about just getting the work finished. Working near Thaltej means we see the city changing every single day. The highway is always packed, and it reminds us how much work there is still to do around here. We handle a variety of things, mostly focused on the avenues and property side of things. It is a lot of coordination and making sure people are where they need to be. We do not have a fancy reception or anything like that. If you come by, you will probably see blueprints on the desks and hear us talking about schedules. It is practical work. We have grown a bit over the years, but we still feel like a local team. We just take it one project at a time and try not to get bogged down in the small stuff.
