Applied Builders Llp

Our place is 1301 in the Arise 1 building. We are located on the New 150 Ft Ring Road, right across from the SRP Camp in Vardhamannagar, near Ghanteshvar. It is a bit of a way out for some, but it is where we do our work. We are builders, plain and simple. We take on projects and try to see them through from start to finish. The office is on a high floor, so we get a good view of the surrounding area, but inside it is just a normal workspace. There are files everywhere and usually some dust from the road. We deal with all kinds of building tasks. It involves a lot of coordination with different teams. Sometimes the weather works against us, or a machine breaks down, and we have to figure it out on the fly. We do not use flashy advertisements. Most of our work comes through word of mouth from people who have seen what we have built before. We are not a huge company with hundreds of employees. We are a smaller team that knows how to handle the day-to-day problems of construction. We spend most of our time out where the actual work is happening. The office is just for the stuff that has to be written down. We have been in Ghanteshvar for a bit now and we like the pace here. It is hard work, but we are used to it.
