Our office is at 16, Royal House, which is right above the Kalupur Bank. It’s on Sardar Patel Stadium Road in the Navrangpura area of Ahmedabad. If you know Ahmedabad, you know Navrangpura is always moving and there’s always something going on. Being on Stadium Road means it gets pretty loud with all the traffic and people heading toward the bank downstairs. Alphaberry Developers Private Limited is basically just us in this office trying to keep everything organized. The Royal House building has been around for a while. We are up on the floor above the bank, so we get a decent view of the street, though it’s mostly just cars and buses. Ahmedabad heat is no joke, so the fans are always going in here. We spend our time dealing with development stuff, which means a lot of calls and looking at land papers. It’s not always the most exciting thing, but it’s what we do. The 380009 pin code is a busy part of Gujarat, and we are right in the thick of it. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s just a regular office space where we try to get things done without too much fuss. We don't really do fancy meetings; we just talk about what needs to happen next on the projects. It's just a job like any other, really. We've been at this spot for several years now.
