Agaman Tex-Weavs Private Limited

Our factory is out in the Hoziwala Industrial Estate in the Sachin area of Surat. We are on Road Number 3, at Plot Number C-27/10. It is a bit of a drive to get out here, but it is a good spot for a weaving business. Agaman Tex-Weavs Private Limited is our name, and we spend most of our hours on the floor with the machines. The SUSML area is quite large, so people sometimes get turned around trying to find Road 3. We have been operating from this plot for a while now. It is a very hands-on environment. We don't sit in air-conditioned offices all day; we are usually out where the action is. The noise of the looms is something you just get used to after a while. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or using big words to describe what we do. We weave cloth and we try to do it right. That is about it. The staff is small and we all know each other well. We eat our lunch together and talk about the day's work. It is a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We don't have a website with fancy photos or anything. If someone needs to talk to us, they usually just come down to the plot or give us a call on the landline. It is just how we like to run things. We find that being out here away from the city center helps us stay focused.
