Adithi Fashion Private Limited

Adithi Fashion is out here in the Devraj Industrial Park. If you find Vrundavan Farm, we are right across from it at Plot No-36. Piplaj is an industrial area, so it’s dusty and there’s always a truck or two blocking the road. Our space is basically a warehouse and a small office area mashed together. We do a lot of garment work here. It gets loud with the machines and the loading, but that's just how an industrial park is. We started small and stayed that way for the most part. Every day we have people coming in to check on production. We don’t have much time for fancy office talk. It’s mostly just making sure the stitching is right and the counts are accurate. The heat in the afternoon can be tough, especially in a big metal building. We just drink plenty of water and keep at it. Most of the staff has been with us since we moved to this plot. We know the rhythms of the park, when the deliveries come and when the power might act up. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we do. Adithi Fashion is just a regular place where we work hard and hope for the best. We try to keep things simple and avoid overcomplicating the daily grind. It's about getting the orders out on time and making sure nobody makes too many mistakes during the busy season.
