You can find us near Nirman Tower on R C Technical Road. We’ve set up our office in one of the Avadhpuri Row Houses, number 58 to be exact. It feels more like a home than an office, which suits us just fine. Adishiv Infrastructure is really just a bunch of us who enjoy the process of building things from scratch. We spend our mornings checking on various sites around Ahmedabad and our afternoons sitting in the row house trying to make sense of the receipts and invoices. It’s a lot of work keeping track of where all the gravel and cement went. The road outside is always busy, and sometimes it's hard to find a parking spot for the pickup truck. We don't have any polished marketing speeches to give people. Usually, we just show them what we’ve already built and let that speak for itself. There are plenty of challenges, like when the monsoon rain stops all the work or when a supplier raises their prices without telling us. We just handle it as it comes. We’ve learned that in infrastructure, things rarely go perfectly according to the plan on the paper. You just have to be practical and fix problems as they pop up. It’s a tiring job, but it’s what we know how to do, so we just keep at it every single day.
